The Pierpont Adirondack chair is one of those classics that never go out of style. The wide, level arms provide the convenience of a shelf on which to write or enjoy an afternoon snack. There are many variations of this chair, we offer three versions. Beautifully made with gently rounded edges, not only for comfort, but also for a finely finished appearance. They are joined with waterproof wood glue and recessed screws, which are then completely covered with wooden pegs, leaving no exposed metal to rust or streak. The critical arm and back connections are made with mortise and tenon construction - an Arthur Lauer exclusive.
