Kelly spent a number of years overseeing strategic and integrated planning, government relations and stakeholder engagement at Seneca College. She also has experience in research project management having coordinated international conference series and academic publications at the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Waterloo.
John Lee is a policy professional with over 10 years experience in the Ontario Public Service. In addition to his policy experience, John spent five years in California leading fund development and programs at The Bread Project, a bakery and culinary skills training social enterprise. He has a Hons. Joe is the sole Principal of JDManner Consulting: providing strategic planning, business process improvement, performance measurement, risk management, procurement, and policy development analysis and advice to clients.
Joe provided strategic and capital planning, and operational and policy direction and advice for the development and implementation of the LCBO store network plan for company operated stores. Previous to that, Joe held procurement management, retail consulting, and policy development positions with the Ontario government.
